(and P.S. I love how comfortable my bed is, so thanks for that too)
And my heart breaks when I see people judging or attacking each other.
(I really am a sensitive soul)
I must say: big city living is totally overrated and suburbia is a definite NO.
I prefer to cozy up in soulful, mountainous, oceanside towns.
Striving for a life that allows you to fly across the world JUST to hang with best friends is an absolute must.
But, at the end of the day truly loving yourself and feeling good each day is all that really matters.
And who inspired others to do so, too.
As a mamapreneur, I run my programs at home, online and all over the world.
My guilty pleasures are beautiful flowers, delicious essential oils, Hawaii-sourced dark chocolate, vegan baking with pretty much anything pumpkin or lavender, international travel, any body of water, and hiking in the mountains.
As a life-long learner, I went for a few too many advanced degrees (including a PhD in Anthropology and Spiritual Ecology) and I have the student loan debt to prove it. Years ago, I left the world of academia for good so that I could share the healing I experienced through years of vipassana meditation practice and Hawaiian shamanism with the world (rather than feeling stuck in the world of academics).
My soul was calling for more.
I've been a certified master coach for 9 years, an educator and former professor of environmental sustainability, yoga teacher (RYT 350), and energy healer (vibrational healing, breathwork, shamanism, Usui Reiki, kinesiology, Akashic Records, EFT....and, ultimately, fully trusting in the healing power of the Universe). I'm also a meditation teacher, and certified in Mindful Ecotherapy (forest bathing) as well as Integrative Nutrition.
But most of all: What really matters is I know that you want to BE your most thriving, radiant + prosperous self (<< your TRUE nature, by the way). I know you want to be of service to the world in the best way that you can and to do it in a way that really FEELS GOOD and feels aligned and supportive for you and your family.
