Zen Femme™ / zenfemme.co manifesto

When I wake up in the morning, the very first thought in my mind is BREEEATHE.

And after that: THANK YOU, Universe, for this breath...

(and P.S. I love how comfortable my bed is, so thanks for that too)

My heart glows when I'm by the ocean and when I see my daughter in a fit of uncontrollable laughter.

And my heart breaks when I see people judging or attacking each other.

(I really am a sensitive soul)

My clients are my my inspiration for human strength.

More than anything else, I care about helping them to feel beautiful + abundant...just like nature.

In my world, living in a beautiful environment is an absolute necessity. (Find or create your sanctuary)

And DESSERT...well...that's always a fabulous idea.

I must say: big city living is totally overrated and suburbia is a definite NO

I prefer to cozy up in soulful, mountain-y, forest-y oceanside towns.

Fantasizing about curling up with a cuppa and watching the sunset over the Mediterranean from your cozy AirBnB is totally reasonable.

Striving for a life that allows you to fly across the world JUST to hang with best friends is an absolute must.

But, at the end of the day truly loving yourself and feeling good each day is all that really matters.

When I die, I want to be remembered as a person who lived adventurously, powerfully, peacefully and lovingly.

And who inspired others to do so, too.

Zen Femme™ / Zen Femme by Korynn Elliott

Hi, I'm Korynn...

mother. nature-lover. lightworker.

Creator of the Zen Femme

I help women release chronic stress and feel well-rested through the healing medicine of nature and a sleep-based meditation practice called yoga nidra.

As a mamapreneur, I run my programs at home, online and all over the world.

My guilty pleasures are beautiful flowers, delicious essential oils, Hawaii-sourced dark chocolate, vegan baking with pretty much anything pumpkin or lavender, international travel, any body of water, and hiking in the mountains.

As a life-long learner, I went for a few too many advanced degrees (including a PhD in Environmental Anthropology and Spiritual Ecology) and, unfortunately, I have the student loan debt to prove it. But, years ago, I left the world of academia so that I could share the healing I experienced through years of forest therapy, vipassana meditation, Hawaiian shamanism, and plant medicine with the world.

My soul was calling for more.

I've been a certified coach for 9 years, an educator and former professor of environmental sustainability, yoga teacher (RYT 400), Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) Guide, energy healer and intuitive. I'm also a certified herbalist for stress management, a breathwork and meditation teacher, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

But most of all: What really matters is I know that you want to be thriving, radiant + abundant (<< your TRUE nature, by the way) not stressed, anxious and exhausted. I know you want to be of service to the world and to do so in a way that feels aligned and supportive to yourself and your family.

And, best of all, I can help you get there. With love, of course :)
