Zen Femme™ / zenfemme.co manifesto

When I wake up in the morning, the very first thought in my mind is BREEEATHE.

And after that: THANK YOU, Universe, for this breath...

(and P.S. I love how comfortable my bed is, so thanks for that too)

My heart glows when I'm by the ocean and when I see my daughter in a fit of uncontrollable laughter.

And my heart breaks when I see people judging or attacking each other.

(I really am a sensitive soul)

My clients are my FIRE + my inspiration for human strength.

More than anything else, I care about helping them to feel worthy. To feel beautiful + abundant...just like nature.

In my world, living in a beautiful environment is an absolute necessity. (find or create your sanctuary)

And DESSERT...well...that's always a fabulous idea.

I must say: big city living is totally overrated and suburbia is a definite NO

I prefer to cozy up in soulful, mountainous, oceanside towns.

Fantasizing about curling up with a cuppa and watching the sunset over the Mediterranean from your cozy AirBnB is totally reasonable.

Striving for a life that allows you to fly across the world JUST to hang with best friends is an absolute must.

But, at the end of the day truly loving yourself and feeling good each day is all that really matters.

When I die, I want to be remembered as a person who lived adventurously, powerfully, peacefully and lovingly.

And who inspired others to do so, too.

Zen Femme™ / Zen Femme by Korynn Elliott

Hi, I'm Korynn...

mother. nature-lover. lightworker.

Creator of the Zen Femme

I help women feel good in their bodies + prosper in their authenticity + absolutely radiate in their divine feminine frequency.

As a mamapreneur, I run my programs at home, online and all over the world.

My guilty pleasures are beautiful flowers, delicious essential oils, Hawaii-sourced dark chocolate, vegan baking with pretty much anything pumpkin or lavender, international travel, any body of water, and hiking in the mountains.

As a life-long learner, I went for a few too many advanced degrees (including a PhD in Anthropology and Spiritual Ecology) and, unfortunately, I have the student loan debt to prove it. But, years ago, I left the world of academia for good so that I could share the healing I experienced through years of vipassana meditation practice and Hawaiian shamanism with the world (rather than feeling stuck in the world of academics).

My soul was calling for more.

I've been a certified master coach for 9 years, an educator and former professor of environmental sustainability, yoga teacher (RYT 350), and energy healer (vibrational healing, breathwork, shamanism, Usui Reiki, kinesiology, Akashic Records, EFT....and, ultimately, fully trusting in the healing power of the Universe). I'm also a certified herbalist for stress management, a meditation teacher, and certified in mindful Ecotherapy (forest bathing) as well as Integrative Nutrition.

But most of all: What really matters is I know that you want to BE your most thriving, radiant + abundant self (<< your TRUE nature, by the way). I know you want to be of service to the world in the best way that you can and to do it in a way that really FEELS GOOD and feels aligned and supportive for you and your family.

And, best of all, I can help you get there. With love, of course :)
