I must say: big city living is totally overrated and suburbia is a definite NO.
I prefer to cozy up in soulful, mountain-y, forest-y oceanside towns.
Striving for a life that allows you to fly across the world JUST to hang with best friends is an absolute must.
But, at the end of the day truly loving yourself and feeling good each day is all that really matters.
And who inspired others to do so, too.
As a mamapreneur, I run my programs at home, online and all over the world.
My guilty pleasures are beautiful flowers, delicious essential oils, Hawaii-sourced dark chocolate, vegan baking with pretty much anything pumpkin or lavender, international travel, any body of water, and hiking in the mountains.
As a life-long learner, I went for a few too many advanced degrees (including a PhD in Environmental Anthropology and Spiritual Ecology) and, unfortunately, I have the student loan debt to prove it. But, years ago, I left the world of academia so that I could share the healing I experienced through years of forest therapy, vipassana meditation, Hawaiian shamanism, and plant medicine with the world.
My soul was calling for more.
For the last ten years, I’ve been a certified coach, an educator and former professor, trained Daring to Rest yoga nidra facilitator, yoga teacher (RYT 400), Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) Guide, energy healer and intuitive. I'm also a certified herbalist for stress management, a breathwork and meditation teacher, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
But most of all: What really matters is I know that you want to be thriving, radiant, creative + abundant (<< your TRUE nature, by the way) not stressed, anxious and exhausted. I know you want to be of service to the world in a way that also feels aligned and supportive to yourself and to your family.
